Richards Catering - Albany, NY

Apparently, the owner is a Johnson & Wales Culinary Graduate, one of the top Culinary schools and from the food, you'd think that he'd be working for a major restaurant in New York City...! Great pizza...! I really MEAN absolutely GREAT pizza...! I've tried the eggplant parm which is to die for...! You HAVE to use these guys... You'll love everything you ever order, guarantee it...!
